Cary Cox from Luke 2:21-35. Simeon, an older, Spirit-filled saint, sees the baby Jesus in the Temple. In seeing the Child, his eyes see the great salvation of God for his people. There is encouragement and a challenge to parents, and to older Christians who may feel like there is no place for them in the church. This word calls all of us to fix our eyes on Jesus, the salvation from God!
